Viviana earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University and she graduated from the University of Illinois College of Law with Honors. She is also an Edgar Fellow and a graduate of the University of Chicago Civic Leadership Academy. She is experienced in both law and administration. She is also trained as a mediator. As judge, she will bring excellence and efficiency to the court system.

Viviana Martinez is running for election in the 14th Subcircuit for a seat on the Cook County Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. She is on the ballot in the general election on November 8, 2022. She advanced from the Democratic primary on June 28, 2022.
